Failed Delivery & Contactless Options

Customers must be available at the provided address; if delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the order may not be refunded. Contactless delivery may be available upon request — please mention instructions at checkout.

Responsibility

Once an order is handed over to the customer, Mizuki Food Box is no longer responsible for the food's condition or temperature.
