• All prices are displayed in AED and include 5% VAT unless stated otherwise
• Delivery charges and minimum order values (if applicable) are displayed at checkout
• We accept online payments (card/payment gateway) and/or cash on delivery (if available)
• Prices and menu items may vary between Ajman and Sharjah branches

• All food is freshly prepared upon order confirmation
• Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational factors
• Mizuki is not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control
• Customers must be available to receive the order at the provided location

• Orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has started
• Refunds may be issued only in cases such as:
  • Incorrect or missing items
  • Poor quality or damaged food
• Refund requests must be reported immediately upon receiving the order
• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within a reasonable time

• Customers must inform us of any allergies before placing an order
• While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment
• Mizuki shall not be held responsible for allergic reactions

• Promotions are subject to specific terms and may be withdrawn at any time
• Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated

• You agree not to misuse the website or engage in fraudulent activity
• Unauthorized use of the website may result in termination of access

• Mizuki shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed

• All content on this website (logo, images, text) belongs to Mizuki Food Box
• Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
